Full course description

ABOUT

The need to accelerate young children’s literacy development has never been greater. Fortunately, decades of research studies reveal some practices that help children develop key literacy knowledge and skills more quickly than other practices.

In this professional learning opportunity, Professor Nell Duke will support classroom teachers and literacy coaches in learning about specific instructional practices that are likely to accelerate young children’s literacy development. She will also share some key findings related to social and emotional support for young children in these difficult times.
